Over 8 million non-military Americans live overseas and over 325,000 US students study abroad each year.
Join us to explore the perceptions of Americans as we live, work, and study abroad, how perceptions vary in different parts of the world, and what we can do to mitigate any negative perceptions. Expatriates and companies with global teams will share their experiences and best practices for being an American abroad.
Internationally-minded young professionals will enjoy a mix of a happy hour, food, and a panel discussion:
Moderator: Professor Tom Zeiler (CU Boulder)
Panelists: Kuni Etuk (NobelClad), Ryan Grundy (Global Livingston Institute), Sarah Schumacher (Velocity Global)
Hosted by World Trade Center Denver NextGen and WorldDenver Young Professionals.
