Global Women’s Leadership Luncheon

The Women’s Leadership Luncheon will showcase women in leadership roles in business and communities across the globe.

Women and men will gather and hear from extraordinary leaders who have a global mindset and are fully aware of the value of diversity and gender balance.

MEN – Attend to expand your understanding of enlightened leadership to be more successful in 2018.

WOMEN – Attend to hear from extraordinary enlightened women leaders.

This event will take place on July 11, 11:30 am – 1:30 pm and will be held at the Palm Westin.

Featured Speakers:   

Barbara Smith

Barbara Smith has over 20 years of experience in international development and is a subject matter expert in democracy, human rights, and governance with significant expertise designing and implementing programs in conflict-prone countries.  Ms. Smith has held a number of positions with the U.S. Agency for International Development, along with senior positions with various organizations overseas.  Ms. Smith received her B.A. in government from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.A. in political science from Texas State University

Elizabeth Suárez

Elizabeth Suárez is an accomplished practitioner, management consultant, and expert in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Leadership. Through her fifteen years of climbing through the ranks of corporate America, she has broadened her knowledge base and sharpened her negotiating skill set.  Elizabeth holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, a BS in chemical engineering from Cornell University, and completed the Executive Management Program at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Amy Stephens

Former Colorado House Majority Leader Amy Stephens is a Principal in the Public Policy and Regulation Practice at Denton’s, where she leads the firms Colorado Government Affairs practice.  In addition to her service in public office, Ms. Stephens ran her own small business that provided communications, public affairs, grant writing, program development and outreach services to private business, non-profit organizations and health organizations.
