Annual Meeting and SDGs Poetry Showcase

March 28, 2018 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

The United Nations Association Denver Chapter (UNA Denver) is hosting its Annual Meeting and SDGs Poetry Showcase on Wednesday, March 28th, 2018 at 6pm at the Posner Center for International Development.

We will report on our accomplishments for 2017 and present on some of our exciting events planned for 2018 which align with achieving the SDGs. Poets Judyth Hill and Swanee Astrid will be performing and the next generation of poets and change makers will be sharing their spoken word. Percy Shelley once said, “Poets are the unacknowledged legislators of the world.”

Join us where art meets the 17 sustainable development goals (SDGs), enjoy light refreshments, networking, and inspiring conversations about how we each have a role to play in achieving the SDGs. Let’s transform the world together!
